Staff Accounting - Core Accounting

The Core Accounting Controllers group within the Chief Accounting Office is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support a wide range of accounting and reporting activities across multiple entities and jurisdictions, with a focus on intercompany and treasury-related processes. You’ll work closely with business partners and internal teams to ensure accuracy, strengthen controls, and drive efficiency through process improvements and automation. This position offers exposure to complex transactions, opportunities to collaborate across functions, and the ability to contribute to the continued enhancement of our global accounting operations.
Core Accounting Analyst Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle intercompany transactions across multiple domestic and international entities • Manage intercompany database including existing and revised intercompany agreements • Work with Business Owners in overseeing the Intercompany billing process • Monitor automated journal entries to ensure proper recording • Prepare and post manual intercompany journal entries, ensuring accuracy and supporting documentation • Reconcile intercompany accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies • Coordinate with internal teams to confirm balances and execute timely settlements • Support ongoing process improvements and automation initiatives related to intercompany accounting • Maintain and enhance documentation of intercompany workflows and internal controls • Provide accounting support to Treasury Accounting team, including reviewing third-party vendor payments to ensure that compliance requirements are met; supporting the review and validation of purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with procurement policies; investigating and facilitating resolution of misdirected or misapplied funds related to customer payments • Support various external year-end audits • Ad hoc projects
Position Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Accounting or Finance • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Superior organizational skills, strong attention to detail and desire to learn • Team player with ability to multi-task and deal with changing priorities • Ability to protect confidential and proprietary information of the firm
Salary Range = 80000 - 115000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
