Staff Accountant - Sage Intacct Required
Description Robert Half is partnering with a confidential client on an important accounting project related to their Sage Intacct implementation. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant who can provide hands-on support during the transition and help maintain accurate, timely financial data before, during, and after go-live. Key Responsibilities: + Assist with Sage Intacct implementation activities and post go-live support, including reconciliations, reporting, and setting up accounting templates. + Post daily cash and accounts receivable journal entries and complete related account reviews. + Prepare and maintain fixed asset schedules, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and roll-forward reports. + Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. + Maintain well-organized electronic records for easy access and audit readiness. + Support process improvements and help implement best practices to enhance workflow. + Contribute to special projects and provide general accounting assistance to the team. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. + At least 2 years of Sage Intacct experience (implementation or regular system use). + Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas). + Working knowledge of GAAP and common accounting procedures. + Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail. + Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. + Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
