Description A growing lifestyle brand based in Encinitas is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their finance team. What You’ll Be Doing: + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations. + Maintain general ledger accounts and support financial reporting. + Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor accounts. + Support inventory accounting and cost tracking. + Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure accurate expense coding. + Assist with budgeting and forecasting efforts. Requirements + 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods. + Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. + Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar). + Strong attention to detail and time management skills. + A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn and grow.
