What You’ll Do: + Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy. + Prepare month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. + Assist in creating financial statements, tax reports, and budgets. + Handle fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules. + Analyze financial data to support business operations and decision-making. + Work collaboratively with clients to address accounting challenges and provide solutions. + Support audit preparation, both internal and external. + Contribute to process improvements and best practices across client engagements. Requirements Who You Are: + 3+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on general ledger management, reconciliations, and reporting. + Proficiency with Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other ERP systems. + Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards. + Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills. + Exceptional communication skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively. Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + Experience across multiple industries or with small-to-mid-sized companies. + CPA certification or progress toward CPA designation (preferred but not required).
