What You’ll Do:
+ Own journal entries, reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records
+ Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
+ Analyze financial data, track budgets, and support variance analysis
+ Help prepare for audits and ensure GAAP compliance
+ Recommend process improvements to streamline accounting workflows
+ Collaborate with leadership to support informed, data-driven decisions

Requirements
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
+ 2+ years of accounting experience (public or private)
+ Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks)
+ Accuracy, attention to detail, and time-management skills that stand out
+ A self-starter mindset — organized, analytical, and team-focused
