Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and record journal entries to ensure accurate financial statements. + Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and other balance sheet schedules. + Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. + Analyze financial data and report variances to management. + Prepare and maintain accurate schedules for audits and financial reporting. + Develop, implement, and streamline accounting processes for efficiency. + Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies or issues. Requirements What We're Looking For: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. + At least 3 years of experience in accounting roles. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas. + Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks is a plus. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
