For immediate consideration, please apply online first, then contact our finance talent team at 937-224-0600 Responsibilities: • Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. • Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain financial integrity. • Create and analyze financial reports to provide meaningful insights for decision-making. • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report financial data effectively. • Oversee retail banking transactions and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. • Monitor financial trends to identify opportunities for improvement. • Perform cash flow analysis, including preparing forecasts and reports to support operational needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and financial reviews. • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
