Description Staff Accountant Duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all our accounting tasks, with responsibilities to include:  All bookkeeping tasks and maintenance of accurate books and ledgers  Creating expense reports and analyzing budgets  Managing Cashflow  Overseeing Inventory Movements  Managing Accounts payable processes  Managing Accounts receivable processes  Reviewing Bank Deposits  Maintaining accurate G/L accounts  Reconciling Bank and credit accounts  Drive month-end and year-end close process and generate corresponding required reports.  Creating/Presenting Monthly Financial Reports  Produce error-free accounting reports and spreadsheets.  Work cooperatively with accounting team members.  Provide input into the department’s goal setting process.  Payroll/Benefits Processing  Accounting Systems set-up/management  Reporting to the Controller to improve financial processes  Special projects as assigned Software - Quickbooks (must have), ADP, Excel Hours - 8:00a-5:00p or 8:30a to 5:30p M-F Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, QuickBooks, Prepare Financial Reports, Monthly Financial Reports, Account Reconciliation, ADP - Payroll, Microsoft Excel Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
