Description Robert Half is working with a boutique firm in beautiful Solana Beach, CA to find a Staff Accountant who’s ready to dive into a diverse set of responsibilities and grow with a supportive team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing structure with flexibility, and who’s looking to contribute to a company that values both precision and personality. What You’ll Do: + Assist with month-end close and financial reporting. + Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts. + Support AP and AR functions as needed. + Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation entries. + Help prepare tax filings and audit documentation. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects. Requirements + 2–4 years of accounting experience. + Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. + Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software. + Excellent attention to detail and time management. + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. + Experience in a small business or startup environment is a plus.
