Description This position is a temporary contractual opportunity needing a Staff Accountant for a Real Estate company with normal working hours, Monday through Friday, roughly 8a - 5p (the start/end time might shift 30 minutes in either direction based on client expectation and needs). It is 4 days ONSITE (Monday - Thursday), and 1 day REMOTE (Friday). ***THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS are YARDI software experience, and 1-3 YEARS (or more) of CORPORATE ACCOUNTING experience.*** Responsibilities & Qualifications: + Possess experience in property management or real estate. Commercial real estate accounting would be the best experience with corporate-level financial operations. + Demonstrated proficiency in the Yardi accounting system, including processing transactions and reporting. + Handle bank reconciliations with accuracy, preferably within Yardi. + Manage and track restricted cash to ensure compliance and proper reporting. Requirements Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): + Intercompany Accountant transactions. + Prepaid expenses and accruals and their impact on financial statements.
