Description We are seeking a Staff Accountant to contribute to our finance team’s continued success. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts. + Assist in month-end close, including journal entries and accruals. + Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis. + Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee expense reports. + Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management. + Support audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP/accounting software. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
