In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting month-end close activities. Responsibilities: • Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. • Manage the month-end closing process, including reconciliations and journal entries. • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support organizational goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial workflows and reporting systems. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and institutional policies. • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions. • Work closely with stakeholders to address accounting-related questions and provide solutions. • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
