Description Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of multiple properties under one umbrella. This role focuses on accurate financial reporting, timely processing of transactions, and providing financial insights to management. The ideal candidate brings accounting experience, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to accuracy and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Core Duties: + Balance daily revenue reports, verify deposits, and prepare bank deposits + Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner + Ensure general ledger accuracy for all operating entities + Collaborate with restaurant management to provide financial guidance and support + Prepare and review monthly financial statements + Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis + Manage gift certificate account reconciliations across all properties + Participate in cross-training within the accounting team Additional Responsibilities: + Maintain an organized and efficient workspace + Conduct oneself in a respectful and professional manner + Follow safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions promptly + Build and maintain positive working relationships across departments + Follow all organizational policies and procedures + Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as assigned BENEFITS OFFERED: -SALARY RANGE: $62,400-$72,800 - Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision - Retirement Plan: 401k - PTO: 2 weeks of paid time off Requirements Qualifications + Minimum 2 years of accounting experience required + Solid understanding of general accounting practices + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) + Experience with M3 accounting software is a plus, but not required Demonstrated ability to: + Work effectively both independently and as part of a team + Communicate clearly and follow written and verbal instructions + Stay focused and accurate under time-sensitive conditions + Maintain professionalism and discretion in all work settings Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
