Responsibilities: Maintain accurate, up-to-date calculations and records of fixed assets and related accounts in accordance with accounting standards and company policies. Prepare accurate journal entries in a timely manner, including, but not limited to, depreciation expense, asset transfers, and dispositions. Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts during the month-end close process. Prepare and analyze financial reports related to capital expenditure. Manage project requests with an innovative approach and superior attention to detail. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and classify construction-in-progress and project-related costs. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide documentation as requested by auditors. Support capital spending and forecasting processes by providing timely and accurate data. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field. 1+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or other relevant professional capacity preferred. Advanced Excel skills, with experience handling large datasets. Ability to communicate with various levels of management. Proven ability to work efficiently with a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little to no supervision.
