My client is hiring for Staff Accountant role in the Crestview, FL area!

Job Description

The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. This role ensures accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and supports the overall financial health of the organization.

Prepare and post journal entries for general ledger accounts.Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.Maintain and update financial records and documentation.Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation.Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

Qualifications to Apply:

2+ years of accounting experienceExperience with manufacturing is a huge plusExperience with accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, etcComputer proficiency

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $33.65/hr.
