Description We are looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team in Lake Oswego, Oregon. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations. Responsibilities: • Oversee and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision. • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. • Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all financial records are current. • Prepare and record journal entries to support accurate financial reporting. • Manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations and adjustments. • Utilize QuickBooks to streamline accounting tasks and generate detailed reports. • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting workflows and procedures. • Provide support in financial audits and compliance requirements. • Analyze financial data to assist in strategic decision-making processes. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 + bonus. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management. • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes and best practices. • Proficiency in managing general ledger and journal entries. • Hands-on experience with month-end close procedures. • Expertise in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks and reporting. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
