Description Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Staff Accountant looking for your next opportunity? Key Responsibilities + Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledgers, and account reconciliations. + Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end close processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. + Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including cash applications and invoice processing. + Support financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to management as needed. + Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting standards in all financial transactions. + Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and collaborating with auditors. + Handle additional accounting tasks, special projects, or process improvement initiatives as required. Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + 2+ years of accounting experience (public or private accounting is a plus). + Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite. + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. + Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + CPA or CPA candidate is a plus but not required.
