Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end closings. You’ll also contribute to compliance with financial policies and procedures while generating reports to support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and post journal entries and adjust financial entries as needed. + Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure financial accuracy. + Assist with month-end and year-end closings, financial reporting, and audits. + Process accounts payable/accounts receivable transactions as needed. + Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives. + Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and other regulations.
