Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping and accounting practices. + Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and journal entries. + Analyze financial statements to identify trends and ensure compliance with accounting standards. + Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed. + Collaborate with management and other departments to provide actionable insights based on financial data. + Assist with audits, tax filings, and other regulatory reporting requirements. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail. + Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written. + Knowledge of GAAP and current accounting regulations.
