Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a dynamic organization in the healthcare industry. The role requires a strong foundation in accounting principles and the ability to handle various financial tasks with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Manage cash flow and oversee daily cash management processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain alignment between bank statements and internal accounts. • Execute month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations. • Maintain the general ledger by recording and reviewing financial transactions. • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes with accuracy and timeliness. • Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP to streamline financial operations. • Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support organizational decision-making. • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required. • Proven experience with general ledger management and financial accounting. • Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes. • Ability to perform month-end close procedures effectively and efficiently. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines. • All candidates are required to complete necessary pre-employment screenings prior to starting.
