Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements. + Perform cost accounting functions, tracking manufacturing costs and variances. + Reconcile inventory accounts and work closely with the production team on inventory management. + Support month-end closing activities, including general ledger maintenance and adjustments. + Collaborate with the accounts payable/receivable teams to ensure accurate reporting. + Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for operational teams. + Participate in audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or related industry preferred. + Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics). + Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management. + Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and effectively communicate findings. + Attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
