This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional to play a significant role in ensuring that our financial operations are accurate, efficient, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities In this role, you will assist with maintaining the integrity of our financial records and processes. Key tasks include: + Preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. + Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities. + Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. + Collaborating on the preparation of financial statements and budget reports. + Conducting variance analyses and assisting in compliance-related tasks. + Supporting audits and creating financial documentation when needed. + Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in accounting processes. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + 2+ years of experience in accounting (corporate or public accounting preferred). + Knowledge of GAAP and accounting compliance standards. + Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP. + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.). + Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
