Contact Jackie Meza at 209.227.6563 for additional information Responsibilities: • Process and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure timely and accurate payments. • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. • Manage and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly documented. • Prepare and post journal entries to support month-end and year-end closing processes. • Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting. • Analyze financial data and create reports to support decision-making. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and general ledger management. • Proficiency in preparing and posting journal entries. • Familiarity with month-end close procedures and financial reporting. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
