Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. • Handle contracts and coordinate vendor payment schedules effectively. • Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation of payments. • Process repayments and address discrepancies swiftly and professionally. • Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and assist in accounting clean-up efforts. • Collaborate with internal teams to review and update payment procedures. • Identify and implement improvements to streamline accounting operations. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. • Generate reports to provide insights into financial performance and areas for improvement. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable (AR) management. • Strong knowledge of billing and invoicing processes. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools. • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. • Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate payments effectively. • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
