Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in De Pere, Wisconsin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to essential accounting processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles and a commitment to supporting the organization's financial goals. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Prepare reconciliations and maintain the general ledger. • Execute month-end close procedures and prepare journal entries to finalize financial records. • Prepare financial statements • Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities and prepare cash flow analysis. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management. • Proficiency in bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation. • Solid understanding of general ledger maintenance and journal entries. • Familiarity with month-end close procedures and reporting. • Strong analytical skills for forecasting and budgeting activities. • Knowledge of cash flow analysis and its impact on business operations. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
