Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Record financial transactions and prepare journal entries + Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and general ledger accounts + Assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements + Analyze financial data and variances to support decision-making + Prepare and file tax documents, such as sales tax and/or payroll tax + Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. + Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting initiatives + Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis. Skills and Qualifications: + Experience: Minimum [2+ years] in accounting-related duties or a similar role. + Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). + Software: Proficiency in [Insert Accounting Software, e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Excel] + Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively across teams.
