Description We are looking for a skilled Staff Accountant to join our team in Burbank, California. In this on-site role, you will oversee critical financial processes, including general ledger management, month-end reporting, and cross-department collaborations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency and decision-making in a dynamic wholesale distribution environment. Responsibilities: • Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Prepare journal entries and oversee the proper recording of financial transactions. • Facilitate month-end closing activities and prepare detailed ad hoc financial reports for stakeholders. • Monitor inventory metrics such as accuracy, excess and obsolete inventory, and backlog. • Utilize software tools and spreadsheets to analyze costs and support production-related decisions. • Generate and distribute daily sales reports to keep management informed.
