Description We are looking for a skilled Staff Accountant for a Milwaukee, Wisconsin area organization. Responsibilities: • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions. • Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. • Manage the full cycle payroll process, including calculating wages and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. • Reconcile credit card transactions and resolve any discrepancies. • Prepare and deposit funds into bank accounts, maintaining proper documentation. • Monitor financial data and assist in preparing reports for management. • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
