Description Our client, in Boca Raton, is seeking a Staff Accountant with Microsoft Dynamics experience. This role is an integral part of the accounting team, responsible for managing financial processes while utilizing advanced ERP (enterprise resource planning) tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or other versions like GP, NAV, AX, or Business Central). This position requires both strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in using MS Dynamics to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and overall organizational efficiency. Requirements Qualifications Education & Certifications: + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. Experience: + 1-3 years of experience as a staff accountant or in a similar role. + Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, GP, NAV, Business Central, or other ERP systems is required. Technical Skills: + Proficiency in MS Dynamics ERP system, including its financial modules (AP/AR, GL, budgeting, etc.). + Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization) to complement data extracted from MS Dynamics. + Familiarity with financial reporting tools and basic SQL query knowledge is a plus. Soft Skills: + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and propose solutions. + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work within cross-functional teams.
