Staff Accountant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedStaff Accountantto join a leading company in theVernon, CAarea. Key Responsibilities: + Track and report company metrics and financial objectives. + Develop and maintain SKU/line profitability analysis. + Create and manage customer and channel profitability analysis. + Partner with the Controller to oversee the annual budgeting process. + Maintain the company's forecasting and planning model; provide regular updates to management. + Support audit processes and external reporting with the Controller. + Monitor cash flow and provide forecasting. + Assist in analyzing and managing the company's financing structure. + Support financial controls across billing, cash management, AR/AP. + Prepare accruals and journal entries for month-end close. + Deliver monthly financial reports and variance analysis. + Perform ad hoc financial analysis as requested by management. + Assist in payroll management and expense analysis with HR and the Controller. + Help develop financial presentations for executive leadership. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (strong academic performance required). + Bilingual in English and Spanish. + Solid background in accounting and corporate finance. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel (must be able to manage complex, multi-linked worksheets). + Experience with accounting software (Access background preferred but not required). + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Excellent communication and presentation abilities. + High level of integrity with the ability to manage confidential financial data.
