Key Responsibilities: + Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations. + Support month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation. + Analyze and resolve discrepancies in accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. + Assist with payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed asset accounting. + Prepare reports for management and provide recommendations for process improvements. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + 3+ years of relevant accounting experience in a variety of industries. + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP) and strong Excel skills. + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. + Flexibility to adapt to various industries and systems as part of consulting engagements.
