STS Technical Services is actively hiring a Staff Accountant to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll help support day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance across a fast-paced organization. What You’ll Be Doing: Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and upholding internal controls Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and assist in resolution Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to streamline workflows Learn and support ERP system functions and gain exposure to manufacturing finance operations Take on additional responsibilities as needed What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1+ years of accounting experience (internships and entry-level experience welcome) Solid understanding of financial data and ability to perform basic financial analysis Accuracy and attention to detail when working with reconciliations and reporting Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Excel What You’ll Get: Full-time, on-site position (no hybrid or remote options available) Competitive compensation A collaborative team environment focused on mentorship and growth Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and meaningful financial outcomes Exposure to the inner workings of an established company in the aviation and manufacturing industries About STS Technical Services:
