Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. **Your New Role…** The Staff, Application Portfolio Management (APM) will serve as a key practitioner within the Enterprise Service Management Office (ESMO), reporting to the Senior Director of Service Engagement & Delivery. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can operate independently, support lead practitioners, and provide guidance to junior team members. While this role has no direct reports, it plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic alignment of the application portfolio across the enterprise. This position is based in Atlanta and is embedded within the Enterprise Service Management Office (ESMO), a strategic function responsible for driving service excellence and operational efficiency across the organization. **Your Role Accountabilities…** Application Portfolio Management Execution + Maintain and enhance the accuracy and completeness of the Application Portfolio Management (APM) database by implementing automated and manual data quality processes, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and IT strategies. + Support the implementation of APM disciplines and lifecycle management practices in collaboration with IT, business stakeholders, and platform teams to drive application lifecycle transparency and optimization. + Generate and maintain dashboards and reports in ServiceNow to provide actionable insights into application performance, utilization, and compliance, and offer metrics and ad-hoc reporting for regulatory, financial, and operational decision-making. + Assist in the development and refinement of APM processes and knowledge objects, identifying and championing opportunities for continuous improvement in APM practices, including automation of manual processes. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support + Partner with Governance and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. + Serve as a liaison to the platform team for issue resolution and enhancement requests. + Work closely with other ITSM disciplines to support Common Service Data Model (CSDM) compliance. + Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders on APM tools, processes, and best practices. + Participate in cross-functional initiatives to support application rationalization and Technology Business Management (TBM) practices. **Qualifications & Experiences…** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). + 7–9 years of experience in ITSM/ITIL environments, with at least 2 years focused on application portfolio or software inventory management. + Proven experience with ServiceNow, particularly the APM and CMDB modules. + Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), and integration with enterprise systems. + Familiarity with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its application in ServiceNow. + Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, actionable reports and process documentation. + Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives and mentoring junior staff. Not Required but Preferred Experience: + Experience with Technology Business Management (TBM) frameworks. + Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma). + ITIL certification. + Experience in media, entertainment, or global enterprise environments. **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important!
