**Overview** **Job Summary Details:** The Post Event Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Qualifications** + Must be 18 years of age or older. + Must have a minimum 1 year of Leadership experience. + Must have a minimum 1 year of Commerical Cleaning experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Customer Service Experience + 1 yr of similar work experience + Bilingual **Responsibilities:** • Provide leadership and direction to team members • Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management • Report performance issues to the Supervisor • Assist with the training of cleaning team • Coordinate work assignments • Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building • Manage security of keys and access cards for the property • Report work orders for maintenance • Makes sure premises are secured at all times • Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work • Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager • Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building • Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly • Complete order forms completely and accurately • Coordinate equipment usage and inventories A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
