As a Stability Scientist, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding the performance of our medical devices through robust stability studies and data-driven insight—helping people living with chronic diseases rely on our products every single day.
Your new role
As our stability scientist, , you will, together with your team, be responsible for stability studies handling device testing and quality control processes for new and existing products. You will mainly be working with Device Stability Studies, trending studies in LIMS, result handling incl. OOS/OOT, writing protocols and reports.
Your task will among others be: Maintain, develop, and improve stability execution, stability testing and quality control process within:
Laboratory Support Local Test Method responsibilities Change control handling Deviation handling Laboratory Investigations (LI’s) Review and verification of test methods including LIMS. Handling of laboratory procedures, SOP’s and TROL’s Drive local improvement projects.We are a newly founded team; hence you will also be the one driving the implementation of new processes within the stability area. We strive to work paperless in our laboratories, therefore LIMS and other digital platforms is a large part of our daily work. We work with a range of advanced test equipment, and here you will have the opportunity to build your knowledge about state-of-the art test technology like robots, as we strive to be ahead of regulative standards and build our position in a growing market.
Your new department
Our team ‘QC Release and Stability Testing’ is part of Finished Product Manufacturing Science & Technology (FPMSAT) where we are responsible for the device stability on Drug Device Combinations products on new products before they are introduced to the market.
You will join a team of 8 laboratory technicians and 7 professionals. We operate in a diverse landscape of stakeholders, balancing many concerns in a complex, international business environment, and we never compromise on the quality of our work. We share an informal tone, great work morale and tall ambitions to be the best at what we do. Besides stability studies we execute device QC Release tests, dosage accuracy, dose force and tests of mechanical and physical properties of various electronic components and devices. Our tests are mainly physical tests.
Your skills and qualifications
We expect you to have:
A relevant science degree Experience in GMP in laboratories, in a regulated laboratory environment. Full proficiency in in both Danish and English.You like to collaborate around exciting challenges, with a sense of urgency and strict quality standards. We expect you to be structured in your work, actively seek out the knowledge you need and work with a high level of responsibility. You can care for details without missing a deadline, and you take pride in the quality of your work. You will also be sharpening your collaborative and communication skills when you work with colleagues across and beyond a diverse organisation.
