In this position…

Lead STA representative between external suppliers and Ford VO (Vehicle Operations) and PVT (Plant Vehicle Team). Facilitate Critical Supplier Process to drive supplier site QR performance improvement. Participate in Whiteboard (Post-OKTB), VRT Meetings, Daily Plant Quality (FCPA / Warranty / PIC Room) Meeting, as needed on an exception basis. Drive resolution of external supplier process (SP) 0-MIS to 3-MIS warranty concerns through supplier notification and driving containment action(s) at the responsible supplier.
