Responsibilities:
1. Time Management -define standard time, and time study for process improvement; Conduct capacity analysis planning–manpower equipment, tooling; Plans and establish plant/equipment layout and workflow with Ergonomic for economic Workplace Layout/Time Study.
2. Continuously Improvement Process with Establishing improvement programs, monitor work method improvements & develop new IE techniques for Material Flow /Cycle Time /Administrative Processes.
3. Lead / coordinate productivity improvements related project to continuously improve production efficiency.
4. Factory layout planning & production simulation, facility renovation and new building planning.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years working experience, Engineering bachelor or above, Engineering background.
2. IE knowledge and tools, project management and team player, IT, Industrial engineering, presentation skills and skillful digital twins & AutoCAD.
3. General ability to cooperate with worldwide partners.
