Mission:
Be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining digital applicationsBe responsible for digital project management with 100% on time deliveryBe responsible for business process analysis and optimization
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from initial requirement gathering through planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery.• Collaborate closely with various business units to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.• Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including technology, product management, design, testing, and operations to drive project success.• Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control costs.• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; provide regular updates on project status to senior management.• Lead Agile methodologies or traditional project management frameworks as appropriate based on project specifics.• Support post-launch evaluation and continuous improvement efforts to ensure that project outcomes meet business objectives.• Participant software development based on internal digital platform
Requirement:
Have at least 10 years of experience in software system environment implementation(e.g. ERP/MES/APS in SCM application field)Have the experience to lead digitalization project in multinational environment in 3~5 yearsHave the MES professional knowledge and knowledge in electronics manufacturing and development (production process and flow, preferably with personal experience)Teamwork - communication skills - creativity - customer orientation - analytical skillsMaster in JAVA/Springboot/SpringCloud/VUE/MYSQL development with at least 8 yearsAt least 5 full digital projects implement experience for MF/OMM/PLM/PE function department
