This role plays an important role in navigating the complex and ever-changing landscape of healthcare policies and regulations, and translating regulatory topics into precise, actionable insights and actions to support company developments in China.

1.       Policy Research & Analysis: Monitor and analyze policies, with a focus on ESG (environmental, social, governance) and innovation-related regulations. Provide insights on regulatory trends and impacts.

2.       Government & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with government agencies, industry groups, and policymakers to advocate for favorable policies and strengthen partnerships. 

3.       Certifications & Awards: Lead applications for industry certifications, awards, and recognitions to enhance corporate reputation and eligibility for incentives. 

4.       Funding & Grant Applications: Identify and secure government funding, subsidies, and grants by preparing compelling proposals and managing submission processes. 

Strategic Advisory: Advise internal teams on policy risks/opportunities and support corporate sustainability and innovation initiatives. 

Requirements：

Adequate knowledge about medical device innovation process.Minimum 3 yrs. experience in public affairs related roles, with a solid understanding of regulatory environment in healthcare industry, ESG and/or IP management.Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills and strong cross-cultural awareness.Solid capability in word, powerpoint & excel.
