Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the HSE strategy across LATAM. Promote a preventive and safety-focused culture through training and internal campaigns. Oversee audits, compliance efforts, and obtain relevant certifications. Coordinate risk assessments, emergency response plans, and environmental initiatives. Manage HSE budgets, performance indicators, and external stakeholder relations. Your Profile Certified HSE professional (Paraguay: Category A / Argentina: Licensed with valid provincial registration). Strong knowledge of ISO standards (14001, 45001, 9001), safety regulations, and risk management tools. Proven leadership in high-risk sectors such as maritime, port, or industrial operations.
