Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled SCCM Administrator with extensive hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of SCCM infrastructure, including patch lifecycle management, OS imaging, software deployment, and advanced issue troubleshooting.
This role will also involve remediation of deployment failures and addressing system vulnerabilities to maintain endpoint compliance. Preferably, the candidate should also have experience with Microsoft Intune migration and a strong foundational understanding of Intune for modern endpoint management and co-management scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
SCCM Infrastructure Management:
• Design, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure (DPs, MPs, SUPs, SQL servers).
• Manage SCCM hierarchy, boundaries, site roles, and replication.
• Perform regular health checks and apply updates or hotfixes, as necessary.
Patching Specialist:
• Develop and execute patch management strategies for Windows and third-party applications.
• Schedule and deploy monthly security patches and critical updates.
• Monitor patch compliance and generate detailed compliance reports.
• Troubleshoot patching failures and remediate non-compliant endpoints.
OS Deployment & Imaging:
• Create and maintain task sequences for Windows OS deployment (Windows 10/11).
• Develop custom WIM images and integrate required drivers, applications, and updates.
• Perform automated and manual deployments using PXE and standalone media.
Advanced Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose and resolve complex SCCM client issues including WMI corruption, client communication, deployment failures, and reporting issues.
• Use logs (Client and Server-side) for deep-dive analysis and RCA.
• Manage certificate-based authentication and WSUS/SUP-related issues.
Deployment Fixes & Application Management:
• Create and manage application deployments, packages, and collections.
• Fix deployment issues related to software distribution and task sequences.
• Ensure proper content distribution across Distribution Points.
Vulnerability Fixing
• Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities identified in endpoints.
• Apply remediations based on CVE reports using SCCM, custom scripts, or GPO.
• Ensure systems remain compliant with security baselines and hardening guidelines.
Intune Administration:
• Implement device compliance policies, conditional access, and app protection policies.
• Enrol and manage Windows 11 devices.
• Manage Autopilot profiles and deployment workflows for Windows devices.
• Package, deploy, and manage applications via Intune.
Security & Compliance:
• Apply and enforce security baselines, compliance rules, and access controls.
• Work with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities on managed devices.
• Monitor device health, compliance, and security posture via Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
Integration & Co-Management:
• Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, and SCCM (co-management scenarios).
• Support hybrid environments and participate in SCCM-to-Intune migration efforts.
• Configure and maintain Conditional Access and Endpoint Protection policies.
Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide tier 2/3 support for Intune/ SCCM related issues.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, sync issues, and policy application problems.
• Maintain thorough documentation and knowledge base article

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in SCCM administration , Microsoft Intune, and modern device management in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SCCM Current Branch, WSUS, SUP, SQL Server, and Windows OS Versions .
• Experience in OS deployment using SCCM Task Sequences.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of Windows patching and CVE remediation.
• Familiar with Intune/Co-Management
• Solid understanding of Windows Autopilot, and Azure AD.
• Experience managing enterprise windows devices
• Familiarity with co-management, SCCM, Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.
