**Service Contract Business Process Expert** Based at one of our main hubs (Nashville, TN; Bothell, WA; Cambridge, MA), this position supports service contract processes and acts as a consultant for the Service Contracts and Service Operations teams, requiring exceptional organizational skills and proficiency with systems like ServiceMax, SAP, and Channel CRM. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
