Jij staat onze klanten te woord aan de balie, telefonisch of via mail om hen te helpen met verftechnische keuzes. Je bent een echte teamplayer met een affiniteit voor verf en kleur. Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheden om op termijn alle activiteiten in het Sigma Coatings Service Center te kunnen plannen, organiseren en uitvoeren. Dit doe je in overeenstemming met de geldende normen en waarden van het bedrijf

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN in deze functie

EHS (environment, health & safety)

Veiligheid is bij ons prioritair, de nodige hulpmiddelen teneinde uw werk veilig en comfortabel te kunnen doen zijn hiervoor ter beschikking.Je staat mee in voor de orde en netheid in het Sigma Service Center.

Techniek

Je adviseert onze professionele klanten, teneinde hen te helpen met het maken van de juiste verftechnische keuze.Je bent bereid tot ontwikkeling en bijscholing.

Commercieel

Je stelt de beste PPG Coatings oplossingen en producten (o.a. Sigma Coatings) voor aan onze klanten.Je helpt mee bij het uitstallen van commerciële actiesJe stelt commerciële acties voor aan de klantenZorgen voor klanttevredenheid door kwaliteitsservice en gepersonaliseerde opvolging te bieden

Administratief

Je beheert voorraden en inventarissen op de afgesproken momenten.Je voert commerciële taken uit in onze beschikbare systemen (SAP), zoalsPlaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen.Het verzorgen van leveringen aan klanten.Het uitvoeren van de overeenkomstige administratieKasverrichtingen

Fysiek

Je behandelt (het tillen en heffen) verf- en aanverwante productenJe doet goederenontvangst, en zet deze in de winkelJe maakt verf op kleur door middel van een kleurmengmachine.Bereid bestellingen van klanten nauwkeurig en efficiënt voor

VAARDIGHEDEN en OPLEIDING

Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, gesproken en geschreven.Goede basiskennis van het Frans en het Engels.Ervaring in een commerciële omgeving en klantgericht.Affiniteit hebben met verf- en decoratieve afwerking is een pluspunt.Vlotte Kennis van informatica en informaticasystemen, kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
