In your role, you may be responsible for: * Working across the entire system architecture to design, develop, and support high quality, scalable products and interfaces for our clients * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define technical specifications for generative AI projects * Employing IBM's Design Thinking to create products that provide a great user experience along with high performance, security, quality, and stability * Working with a variety of relational databases (SQL, Postgres, DB2, MongoDB), operating systems (Linux, Windows, iOS, Android), and modern UI frameworks (Backbone.js, AngularJS, React, Ember.js, Bootstrap, and JQuery) * Creating everything from mockups and UI components to algorithms and data structures as you deliver a viable product **Required technical and professional expertise** '- Ensuring the high availability, reliability and performance of systems through Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. - Implement and manage automation for repetitive tasks and operational processes, reducing manual effort and risks. - Monitor and optimize critical systems, infrastructure and applications using observability and monitoring tools. - Analyze and manage critical incidents, leading the identification of root causes and implementation of definitive solutions. - Develop and maintain SLIs, SLOs and SLAs, aligning them with business goals. - Work collaboratively with development, operations and security teams to implement robust CI/CD pipelines and promote infrastructure as code (IaC). - Ensure system resilience through chaos engineering strategies, load testing and automation of failovers. - Perform cost optimization in cloud environments and improve operational efficiency - Solid knowledge in the design and implementation of resilient and scalable architectures. - Proficiency in SRE practices, such as defining SLIs, SLOs and SLAs, and integrating them into systems. - Experience with advanced automation and large-scale infrastructure management. - Expertise in monitoring and optimizing microservices and distributed systems. - Experience with Kubernetes and managing clusters in production. - Advanced knowledge of chaos engineer practices - Advanced knowledge of chaos engineering practices and resilience testing - Proactivity and ability to solve problems in complex scenarios. - Good communication skills to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. - Ability to prioritize demands and work in dynamic environments.
