Job description

Infosys is seeking senior Service reliability engineering with expertise in maintaining, optimizing and sustaining large enterprise SQL server instances. This position requires SQL Server maintenance, upgrades, patching for enterprise SQL server instances to meet the needs of our customers in a fast-paced agile development environment. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.Experience in Service reliability engineering in patching, SQL server Administration and maintenance.Hands on experience on Azure technologies (App Services, Web Apps, Azure Function, Azure SQL, etc.)Demonstrated ability and experience in the service development life cycle for deployment and live site support with focus on high availability and disaster recovery.Strong problem solving and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications: Knowledge of NoSQL database like Cosmos DB, Document DB, Mongo DBKnowledge of CICD, GIT, Build and DeploymentStrong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skillsGreat curiosity and willingness to question, undaunted by hard technical problemsAttention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication
Estimated annual compensation range for candidates in the below location will be:
Bellevue, WA: min $80,127 to Max $110,094

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
