Our client in CPG industry is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to proactively and efficiently fill recruitment vacancies with internal and external talent utilizing best practices in full life-cycle recruitment. This role will work strategically with the Head of Talent, putting forth best recruitment efforts, playing an integral part in shaping functionality and providing alignment for analytics, operations, and vendor management.

**Pay rate $140-145 per hour**
**What’s the Job?**
**Max of 5**
+ Assist in the development of an annual recruitment strategy for North America business
+ Leads/collaborate in key Talent Acquisition strategic initiative projects, working cross-functionally within all NA Global Business Units
+ Directly recruit on active roles, including SMT level and confidential roles; provides full life-cycle recruiting for assigned client groups / specific positions /confidential searches
+ Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders involved with recruitment needs; directly partnering with leadership within the business and HR
+ Maintains ATS (myHiring) with a high level of integrity and accuracy
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 10 years’s experience within talent acquisition
+ Self-starter, who is flexible and adaptable to constant change and has the ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand environment
+ Comprehensive behavioral based interviewing and candidate assessment skills
+ Strong consultative and influencing skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels
+ Technical capabilities: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database systems, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms
