The Role

The Senior Business Analyst (CPQ/Solutioning and Pricing Systems) partners closely with business stakeholders and CIO teams to enhance and optimize our CPQ applications and tools. The role focuses on understanding business needs, translating them into system requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Solutioning & Pricing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CPQ/Solutioning and Pricing system enhancements.

Collaborate with technical teams to design CPQ/Solutioning and Pricing solutions aligned with business processes.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased automation within the CPQ/Solutioning and Pricing.

Support user adoption by creating clear documentation, training guides, and change communication.

Monitor CPQ/Solutioning and Pricing data quality and support reporting needs through business-focused requirements.

Act as a key liaison between business and CIO, ensuring alignment on CPQ/Solutioning and Pricing initiatives.

Contribute to CPQ/Solutioning and Pricing governance activities, including user roles, permissions, and system compliance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably focused on CPQ/Solutioning and Pricing systems.Deep understanding of CPQ/Solutioning and Pricing processes across Opportunity to cash.Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.Clear and effective communicator, able to bridge technical and business perspectives.Experience with java based applications or similar CPQ platforms is preferred.CPQ/Solutioning and Pricing platform certification or business analysis certification is a plus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Analytical and business-driven mindset.Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple topics in parallel.Collaborative and able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.Focused on delivering value and enabling business success through technology.
