Sr.Business Analyst

Responsible for analysis of complex business system problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides support in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options, plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems and assess available technology and recommend solutions. Defines specifications and data models for product development and testing and uses development specifications to create detailed test cases and analyze results. Working under limited supervision independently or as a member of a project team in Huron's Corporate IT Software Engineering team, the Lead Business Analyst has accountability for the strategic planning and overall quality of the implemented solutions across Huron’s corporate groups and practice areas that will deliver value and achieve business objectives. **Requirements** + Minimum 4+ years of experience in analyzing complex business system problems and recommending automated solutions. + Ability to define business needs and translate them into clear, actionable system specifications. + Hands-on experience configuring system settings and executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing. + Skilled in creating and maintaining test cases, analyzing results, and ensuring solution quality. + Strong understanding of data modeling and development specifications for product development and testing. + Capable of working independently or collaboratively within project teams under limited supervision. + Experience providing end-user consultation and support in the use of automated systems. **Preferences** + Prior experience working in a corporate IT or software engineering environment. + Exposure to strategic planning and solution implementation across diverse business units. + Familiarity with tools and technologies used in enterprise-level system analysis and automation. + Demonstrated ability to assess emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions. + Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in both corporate groups and practice areas. + Strong communication skills for gathering requirements and presenting findings to stakeholders. + Agile or hybrid methodology experience in managing business analysis tasks and deliverables. **Position Level** Associate **Country** India At Huron, we’re redefining what a consulting organization can be.
