Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in analyzing complex business system problems and recommending automated solutions.Ability to define business needs and translate them into clear, actionable system specifications.Hands-on experience configuring system settings and executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing.Skilled in creating and maintaining test cases, analyzing results, and ensuring solution quality.Strong understanding of data modeling and development specifications for product development and testing.Capable of working independently or collaboratively within project teams under limited supervision.Experience providing end-user consultation and support in the use of automated systems.Preferences
Prior experience working in a corporate IT or software engineering environment.Exposure to strategic planning and solution implementation across diverse business units.Familiarity with tools and technologies used in enterprise-level system analysis and automation.Demonstrated ability to assess emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in both corporate groups and practice areas.Strong communication skills for gathering requirements and presenting findings to stakeholders.Agile or hybrid methodology experience in managing business analysis tasks and deliverables.Position LevelAssociateCountryIndia
