Join our team as a Windchill Analyst, where you will leverage your expertise to advance product capabilities and meet the needs of a global user base. You will play a crucial role in validating and configuring Windchill to align with business requirements, identifying solutions, and implementing process changes as needed.
ResponsibilitiesConfigure Windchill for document management, change control, non-conformance, audits, PLM, and supplier controls.Identify and implement basic to complex options, conduct analysis and design, and execute configuration options.Perform tests, document results, and maintain IT solutions.Apply professional business and technical knowledge in collaboration with customers, ITS groups, and vendors.Conduct research to identify problems and improve or adapt existing methods and techniques to meet business needs.Essential SkillsIn-depth knowledge of Windchill, preferably in modules such as Doc Mgmt., Change Control, Non Conformance, CAPA, Complaints, Audits, PLM, and Supplier Controls.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Programmer/Configuration Analyst utilizing and configuring Windchill.Strong skills in heavy configuration and ACL management.Experience in configuring and working with Windchill to solve business needs.Proficiency in writing functional requirements and associated test cases.Additional Skills & QualificationsWork history with SVN and JIRA is a plus.Experience working with PTC under the SaaS model.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $163000.00/yr.
